Pech Family Newborn Session

There aren’t many enduring love stories that begin in elementary school, but Hannah and Ryan’s did! Both born and raised in Southern Oregon, they met as children and have now celebrated twelve years of marriage and are the proud parents of three adorable children. Hannah is a dedicated nurse and Ryan an attorney, and together, they share the joys and challenges of parenting their crew. Recently, they welcomed baby Brooks, who joins big sisters Sadie (age 5), and Ellie (age 3).

They are overjoyed to be adjusting to life as a quintet, especially since the journey to baby Brooks was marked with challenges. After two difficult losses, they are cherishing their “Rainbow” baby. Hannah shared that those losses were part of one of the hardest seasons in their family, but their shared trust in God (and reliance on each other) provided the strength they needed to continue. Their sweet little crew loves traveling (in fact, they just returned from Hawaii, where baby Brooks demonstrated he’s already an avid and easy traveler), spending time with extended family, and cultivating their local friendships and church life. Sadie is outgoing and active and has never met a stranger, while Ellie is a meticulous artist with her own sense of fashion. Brooks, they joke, is “the chillest of babies”, and sure loves his mama.

I’ve been the luckiest to document their family in all kinds of seasons of life, through good times and bad, and I am so grateful they’ve allowed me to be part of their lives. These precious friends have grown and changed, and I am so thankful for the privilege that has been mine. The story of Hannah, Ryan, and their children will continue to evolve and bring plenty of joy to those around them, and I can’t wait to document their next chapter, too!
